Miki Antzoulatos selected for Region 1 ODP!
August 15 2008

Calvert Soccer Association would like to congratulate Miki Antzoulatos for being selected to the 1994 Olympic Development Program Region 1 player pool.  Miki attended the region 1 ID camp in Rhode Island where she competed against hundreds of field players from Virginia to Maine to win a spot in the Regional player pool.  Miki’s journey began when she made the 94 Maryland State ODP player pool in December 2007.  She also traveled to Denmark in the Spring of 2008 with her State ODP team to compete in International Friendlies against teams from Denmark and Sweden.  Miki had a very successful trip scoring 4 goals and assisting on 3 others.  She continued her success with her State Team at the Region 1 Ryder Cup Tournament in New Jersey, scoring a goal and assisting on another playing the attacking center mid position.  Miki trains & plays year round with her club team, the CSA Courage.  CSA would like to wish Miki all the best as she continues to improve her skills as a player in hopes of achieving her very lofty goals.

7PM CSA Select Social with the T&T team at Vera's White Sands resturant

Trinidad and Tobago Southern National Team and the Southern Maryland Futsal Team played an exhibition match last Saturday at Hallowing Point Park. Teams are shown here during the opening ceremony presentation of colors and National anthems of the United States and Trinidad and Tobago. Warm-up was provided by the World Gym Velocity Speed School and game balls provided by Select.
